SMYRA is a fictional rhythm arcade game inspired by Pump It Up and Dance Dance Revolution. Players are encouraged to play with a partner or by themselves. With 5 buttons per game pad, the possibilities of dancing is exponential!
This cabinet was created for a 3D modeling class. SMYRA is the 3rd arcade cabinet I created for an arcade environment that features both SoundShower and Love Show!
With a pyramid theme, I incorporated a lot of triangular shapes and a brick texture in the design. I also made sure to add plenty of speakers to allow players to follow the music.
